These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the applications published by Vital Logic LLC ("Vital Logic," "we," "us," or "our"), and this website (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any app, except where permitted by law; (b) use the Services to distribute malware or unauthorized advertising; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or (d) use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Some Services may require you to create an account or provide certain information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Certain Apps allow you to create or upload content, such as photos, labels, or notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through a feature that requires it, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the relevant feature to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Vital Logic LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the Services, no other rights are granted.
Our Apps may use or link to third-party services (such as analytics, cloud infrastructure, or advertising networks) that have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Logic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the relevant app.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vital Logic LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
