Subscription details
- Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region and local taxes. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by Vital Logic.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account.
- Premium Plus includes a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged the plan price you chose.
- To cancel, you must do it through the store you subscribed in: Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) on Android, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone and iPad. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. I can't cancel a store subscription for you, and deleting the app does not cancel it.

I never see your photos.
Tidy Mind doesn't own or retain your personal data. Sign-in is optional, and I never see your photos or what's in your home.
Households can only be joined in person with a QR code, and location is turned off, so your household's data stays private.

Is Tidy Mind free?
Yes. Tidy Mind is free to download and the core app is free to use: cataloging, containers, tasks, shelf scanning and a monthly allowance of AI features. It is about 99% functional without paying for anything.
The one feature that needs a subscription is households, which is part of Premium Plus. Premium raises your AI usage and removes ads.
What does each plan add?
Premium ($2.99/month or $29.99/year) gives you 3x the AI usage of the free tier, for things like bulk scan and AI-enhanced task breakdowns, plus no ads.
Premium Plus ($6.99/month or $69.99/year) gives you double the AI usage of Premium, plus households: live sync of chores, tasks and shopping lists across the people you live with. Only one member needs Premium Plus to manage a household.
Is there a free trial?
Premium Plus includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Trials are handled by Google Play and the App Store, so eligibility follows their rules.
Why is there an ad, and where?
Free accounts see one small banner at the bottom of the Settings page, and nowhere else. It is kept out of your way on purpose, so it never pulls your attention away from what you came to do. Premium removes it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Through the store you subscribed in: Google Play on Android, or your Apple ID subscriptions on iPhone and iPad. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. See the step-by-step guide.
How do households work, and are they private?
A household lets everyone in your home share chores, tasks and shopping lists that update live. People can only join by scanning a QR code, so nobody can find or join your household by accident. Location is turned off, and your household's data isn't shared outside the household.
Do you see my photos?
No. I never see your photos or what's in your home. Signing in is optional. You can read the details in the privacy policy.
